The Declaration

The House of Kinkela Wa Ma Zulu exists. It has always existed — in the sacred orders of the Anubis priesthood of the Wa Zulu, in the royal houses of the Kongo Kingdom, in the blood of King-Prophet Mbemba Zulu, and in the living body of Sovereign Flamekeeper AmmasuBaba Kinkela Wa Ma Zulu.

What was concealed is now revealed. What was carried in silence is now spoken aloud. The House does not emerge from nothing — it emerges from everything that came before it, from the ancient world into the present, declared, visible, and permanent.

The legitimacy of the House of Kinkela Wa Ma Zulu is not derived from any government, institution, or modern authority. It is grounded in the unbroken ancestral lineage of King-Prophet Mbemba Zulu — a lineage recognised by the ancestral world before any living institution existed to confirm it.

The Royal Codex, sealed in 2024, constitutes the sacred law of the House. The Coronation of the Sovereign Flamekeeper constitutes its spiritual confirmation. The Royal Pact with the Imperial House of Haiti constitutes its first international diplomatic recognition. Together, these three acts form the complete foundation of legitimacy on which the House stands.

We do not recognise any authority to question this legitimacy except the ancestral world itself — from which all true authority descends.

The purpose of the House of Kinkela Wa Ma Zulu is not political power. It is not wealth, conquest, or dominion over others. It is the sacred mandate of the Serpentus Court — to keep the ancestral flame burning, to restore the names that were erased, to heal the lineages that were broken, and to govern by sacred law rather than the law of conquest.

We exist to awaken — to restore the memory of a people who were taught to forget themselves. We exist to heal — to return to wholeness what conquest divided. We exist to govern — to demonstrate that sacred order is possible outside the frameworks that were built to contain us. We exist to pass the flame — to ensure that Nefera Mbiku, Shaka Sultan, Sese Alia Nut Zaire, and all who come after them inherit not loss, but legacy.

AmmasuBaba Kinkela Wa Ma Zulu is hereby declared and confirmed as Sovereign Flamekeeper — Nfumu Nzila, Master of the Path — of the Noble and Royal Snake Court of the House of Kinkela Wa Ma Zulu. His authority is ancestral in origin, sacred in nature, and generational in reach. It was confirmed at the Coronation of 2024 and sealed in the Royal Codex.

The Sovereign governs not as an individual, but as a vessel of the ancestral covenant — accountable first to the ancestors, then to the Royal Codex, then to the living members of the Court. No external authority supersedes this order.

The House of Kinkela Wa Ma Zulu hereby invites all sovereign, spiritual, ancestral, and diplomatic bodies to recognise its existence, its legitimacy, and its sacred purpose. We seek recognition not as supplicants, but as equals — one royal and prophetic house reaching across the ancestral network to acknowledge and be acknowledged by its peers.

The Royal Pact with the Imperial House of Haiti stands as the first such recognition — a living covenant binding the African lineage with the diaspora through mutual ancestral respect. We welcome the approach of all who recognise the flame.

This Declaration is not issued for the present generation alone. It is issued for the ancestors who carried the flame before us and for the descendants who will carry it after us. It is sealed in the Royal Codex as a permanent ancestral record — binding the House across all time and all living expressions of the lineage.

The Royal Children — Nefera Mbiku, Shaka Sultan, and Sese Alia Nut Zaire — are hereby declared living seals of this covenant. Their existence in the world is itself a declaration: that the lineage is alive, that the flame is burning, and that what was returned in 2024 will not be lost again.
